TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please read carefully before proceeding with the project
💰 PAYMENT & FINANCIAL TERMS
Payment Schedule:- 40% - Advance upon work order confirmation
- 35% - At 50% project completion
- 20% - At 90% project completion
- 5% - Upon final handover & satisfaction
Payment Methods: Account Payee Cheque, NEFT, RTGS, UPI only. Cash payments not accepted.
Price Validity: 30 days from quotation date. Subject to material cost fluctuation beyond 5%.
🏗️ PROJECT EXECUTION
Timeline:: Subject to approvals, site conditions, material availability, and client cooperation.
Site Requirements: Client to provide electricity, water, storage space, and safe access.
Security: Client responsible for material, tools, and equipment security at site.
Modifications: Design changes after approval will incur additional charges.
📑 SCOPE & MATERIALS
Inclusions: Only items specifically mentioned in quotation.
Exclusions:Structural work, electrical rough-in, plumbing, civil work, government permissions.
Material Quality: Premium quality from reputed brands as specified
Samples: Material samples provided for client approval before procurement.
🛡 WARRANTY & LEGAL
Workmanship Warranty: 12 months from project completion.
Material Warranty: As per manufacturer's terms and conditions.
Intellectual Property: All designs remain RC Interior's exclusive property.
Jurisdiction: Haridwar courts only. Arbitration under Arbitration & Conciliation Act.
⚠ FORCE MAJEURE & AGREEMENT TERMS
Force Majeure: RC Interior not liable for delays due to acts of God, government restrictions, natural disasters, strikes, lockouts, or pandemic situations.
Agreement: Work order acceptance constitutes agreement to these terms. This quotation supersedes all previous negotiations. No verbal commitments valid unless confirmed in writing.
